Effective date: 4 September 2026

These terms govern your use of myspecialistgp.com.au and the services offered on it. The site is operated by Webbed Feet Pty Ltd (ABN 50 135 841 477), trading as My Specialist GP (“MySpecialistGP”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site, booking an appointment through it, or buying the Doctor-Ready ADHD Dossier, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

There are three things you can do here, and each has its own section below: read about ADHD and find a GP (section 2), book an appointment with a listed GP (section 3), and buy the Doctor-Ready ADHD Dossier (section 4). Sections 1 and 5 onward apply to all three.

1. What MySpecialistGP is, and is not

1.1 An education and connection platform. MySpecialistGP publishes information about ADHD and connects you with GPs and other clinicians who assess and treat it. We are not a medical practice. We do not employ, supervise or direct the practitioners listed on this site, and we do not provide medical care, assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

1.2 General information only. Articles and pages on this site are general information, not medical advice, and not a substitute for a consultation with a registered practitioner. Rules about who can assess and prescribe for ADHD differ between Australian states and territories and change over time. We keep the site current, but confirm anything that matters to you with the practice.

1.3 Not a crisis service, and nobody reads your answers as you write them. Nothing on this site is monitored in real time. If you complete a questionnaire here, nobody at MySpecialistGP reads your answers as you write them, and the doctor you book with or take your file to sees them at your appointment. If you are in immediate danger, call 000. If you want to talk to someone now, Lifeline is free, confidential and open 24 hours on 13 11 14. If you tell a questionnaire something serious, it will show you these numbers at that moment, and it will never stop you continuing.

1.4 Not a medical device. The software behind this site organises information you and your nominated observer provide, using the questionnaires’ published scoring. It draws no conclusion about you, and it does not diagnose.

2. Finding a GP

2.1 Listed practices pay us. Practices listed on this site pay MySpecialistGP a flat fee for software and administration. That fee is never added to your bill, is never a share of what you pay your doctor, and never applies to a bulk-billed appointment. We tell you this because you are entitled to know about the commercial arrangement behind a listing.

2.2 A listing is not a recommendation. We do not assess or vouch for the clinical quality of any practitioner, and a listing is not an endorsement. The choice of practitioner is yours.

2.3 Availability and location. The states a practitioner serves, the appointment types they offer and their availability are set by the practice and can change without notice.

3. Booking an appointment through this site

3.1 You book with the GP, not with us. When you book through this site, you are making an appointment with the named practitioner and their practice. MySpecialistGP arranges the booking, passes your details to the practice, and sends you the pre-appointment questionnaire on the practice’s behalf. The consultation, and the clinical relationship, are with the practice.

3.2 You pay the practice. Where an appointment carries a fee, you pay it to the practice. Card payments are processed by Stripe directly into the practice’s own account, and your receipt comes from the practice. MySpecialistGP never holds your consultation fee and adds nothing to it.

3.3 Unpaid bookings lapse. If a booking requires payment and payment is not completed within the time shown when you book, the booking lapses and the time is released.

3.4 Cancellations and refunds are the practice’s. Each practice sets its own cancellation notice period and any late cancellation fee. These are shown to you before you pay, together with your cancellation deadline, and any refund of a consultation fee is the practice’s decision, paid back to your card through the practice’s account. Contact the practice to cancel or reschedule; the links in your confirmation take you there.

3.5 Scheduled care, not emergency care. An appointment booked here is routine, scheduled care. It cannot provide emergency or crisis help. See clause 1.3.

3.6 Your pre-appointment questionnaire. After you book, you receive a link to a questionnaire to complete before your appointment. It is voluntary, you can stop and return to it, and your answers are stored securely in Australia for your doctor to read at the appointment. Clause 1.3 applies to every answer you give.

3.7 Complaints. Concerns about clinical care go to the practice, and may also go to the health complaints body in your state or territory or to AHPRA. Concerns about this site or the booking process come to us at [email protected].

4. The Doctor-Ready ADHD Dossier

4.1 What you are buying. A structured file you take to a doctor of your choice. It gathers your answers to validated screening questionnaires, your history, and, where you nominate one, a report from someone who knows you well, and presents them with the questionnaires’ published scoring so a doctor can read it in a short appointment.

4.2 What it is not. It is not a diagnosis, not medical advice, and not a guarantee of an appointment, a prescription or any outcome. Whether you meet the criteria for ADHD is a doctor’s assessment, and the file never claims it for you. It does not replace the doctor’s own assessment. Nothing in the file is interpreted for the doctor; it presents what you and your observer said.

4.3 Price and payment. The price is shown in Australian dollars on the purchase page and includes GST. A limited number of founding-price places may be offered; once they are gone, the everyday price applies. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4.4 Delivery. Your file becomes available to download once you have completed your part of the intake and, where you nominated an observer, they have completed theirs. How long that takes depends on you and your observer.

4.5 Where the file goes. The file is yours. You download it and take it to any doctor you choose. If you ask us to send it to a practice listed on this site, we send it to that practice on your instruction and not otherwise.

4.6 Refunds. If you ask for a refund before you start the intake questionnaire, we refund you in full minus the credit card fees. Once you have started the intake, the service has begun and we do not refund for change of mind. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if the service is not provided, is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose we describe, you are entitled to the remedies the law gives you, and we will honour them.

4.7 Your answers, and who reads them. Clause 1.3 applies. Nobody reads your answers as you write them. If you tell a questionnaire something serious, it shows you the crisis numbers at that moment, and your file carries them on its first page. The doctor you take the file to sees everything you answered.

5. Your information

We handle your personal and health information in line with our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your health information is stored in Australia. Read the Privacy Policy to understand what we collect, why, and your rights to access and correct it.

6. The software behind the site

The questionnaires, files and booking tools on this site are provided using the Velluto platform, operated by the same company under the business name Velluto Health. Practices that use Velluto agree to its Terms of Service, available at velluto.app/terms. Those terms govern the practice’s use of the platform. They do not replace these terms for you.

7. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that breaches any law, infringes anyone’s rights, enters false or test information into a questionnaire, or interferes with the site’s operation or security.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission. Your own answers and your file remain yours.

9. Links to other sites

This website links to third-party websites, including practice websites and booking pages. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the linked site.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

10.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10.2 To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and we are not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from any act or omission of a practitioner or practice you find, book or share your file with through it. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

10.3 The clinical care you receive is the responsibility of the practitioner who provides it and their practice, not of MySpecialistGP.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with its effective date at the top. If you have bought the Dossier or booked an appointment, the terms in force when you did so apply to that purchase or booking. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
