Your assessment, step by step

Four steps from booking to treatment

You do most of the groundwork at home, at your own pace. Your GP gets a structured clinical summary before the appointment, so consultation time is spent on you.

Validated questionnaires, your personal and family history, childhood documents, and an observer nomination. Complete it online at your own pace before the appointment.

No charge

Step 2

First consultation (telehealth or in person)

Approx 45 min. Your GP has your full clinical summary before the call. They discuss your results and concerns and answer your questions.

Step 3

Second consultation (diagnosis and treatment plan)

Approx 30 min. Medication is prescribed if indicated. Your GP explains the treatment plan, expected timeline, and what to monitor.

What you get

What’s included in your intake

Before your first consultation, you complete a structured intake online. This is where the groundwork happens. The more detail you provide, the more productive your consultation will be.

  • Validated ADHD screening questionnaires (ASRS v1.1)
  • Personal and family medical history
  • Developmental and childhood history
  • Childhood documents (school reports, previous assessments)
  • Observer nomination (partner, parent, or close colleague)
  • Current symptoms and how they affect work, relationships, and daily life
  • Current medications and medical considerations

Your GP receives a structured clinical summary before the appointment, so the consultation is spent talking with you, not gathering notes from scratch.

Medicare rebates apply to eligible telehealth and in-person consultation items. Out-of-pocket figures shown are the maximum you would pay after any applicable rebate. Fees vary by doctor and state.
