You have booked your appointment, or you have already seen the GP. This page answers the questions patients ask most at this stage: how to join your appointment, where to go for a blood test, how payment works, and what happens if you already have a diagnosis.
How do I join my appointment? Where is my Google Meet link?
After you book, you receive a confirmation email that holds the link to the meeting software. That button holds your Google Meet link for the appointment. You will also receive a separate email from Velluto Health with your payment link, and once you have paid, the link to your online assessment. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact the practice and they will resend it.
I have been asked to take a blood test. Where do I go?
The GP will have sent you a pathology request form. Take that form to any pathology collection centre to have your tests done. If you use a centre other than the one noted on your form, please let the practice know by email or phone so your results reach the GP.
Where do I pay? I have not received the payment email.
Payment is handled through a separate email from Velluto Health (it comes from “Florence”). If you cannot see it, check your spam or junk folder. Please note there is a 24-hour window to pay before the booking is automatically cancelled. If you still cannot find the email please contact us on [email protected]
I already have a diagnosis. Do I still need to pay and sit the full assessment?
Yes. Even with an existing diagnosis or a current script, the GP is required by law to assess you as a new patient, so a full booking and payment apply. If you are running low on medication and it is urgent, it is best to contact your current prescriber’s rooms directly, as a new booking may not be quick enough.
