About Dr Skinner
Dr Sandra Skinner is a specialist GP based in Agnes Water, Queensland. She conducts structured ADHD assessments for adults via telehealth, making specialist-level care accessible to patients across the state without the need for a psychiatrist referral.
Since Queensland’s reform in December 2025, qualified GPs can independently diagnose and prescribe stimulant medications for adult ADHD. Dr Skinner uses Velluto’s structured intake tools to collect your history, screening results, and observer reports before your first appointment. This means your consultation time is spent on clinical assessment rather than paperwork.

FRACGP BSc MBBS
Dr Skinner holds fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. She holds a current Schedule 8 prescribing authority under Queensland\x27s ADHD medicines framework.
