What you get
What’s included in your intake
Before your first consultation, you complete a structured intake online. This is where the groundwork happens. The more detail you provide, the more productive your consultation will be.
- Validated ADHD screening questionnaires (ASRS v1.1)
- Personal and family medical history
- Developmental and childhood history
- Childhood documents (school reports, previous assessments)
- Observer nomination (partner, parent, or close colleague)
- Current symptoms and how they affect work, relationships, and daily life
- Current medications and medical considerations
Your GP receives a structured clinical summary before the appointment, so the consultation is spent talking with you, not gathering notes from scratch.
Medicare rebates apply to eligible telehealth and in-person consultation items. Out-of-pocket figures shown are the maximum you would pay after any applicable rebate. Fees vary by doctor and state.
